The Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) Pte Ltd is committed to providing Internet registry and information services in an efficient, effective and reliable manner to enhance the security, stability and resiliency of the Internet Domain Name System (DNS) infrastructure in Singapore and to foster the integrity and growth of .SG domain names.

SGNIC aims to:

• establish and implement an effective policy and registration framework for administering the registration and promoting the growth of .SG domain names;
• provide a Domain Name System (DNS) to enhance the security, stability and resiliency of the Internet infrastructure;
• implement relevant emerging technologies and services in the area of DNS, and to develop the policy and technical frameworks necessary for their implementation; and
• raise technical competency of the Internet community in supporting DNS through organising workshops and forums on best practices and technical knowledge of DNS.
